I have a small problem, and I need some help. I live in Chiang Mai Thailand and the internet is not the fastest.
When I do speed tests downstairs by the main router, I get between 12.5 & 15.5 Mbps, but in the upstairs office room it was 1.5 to 2.5 Mbps.

I have a Win 7 Home Premium Acer Laptop that I would like to completely wipe clean and reinstall Win 7. It’s an older i5-m80), 6 GB Ram, 640 GB HDD.

Subscriber Don Frattini wrote recently in another mailing list asking how to split a text field into two pieces. Specifically, he had a text filed that had the street address including the number, and wanted to get the number and the street in different cells. After I answered his question, Don was kind enough to let me quote his question here.
I have a list with the address as “12345 Lake Sherwood Ave. East” all in one cell. How can I (or can I?) remove the 12345 and put it in a separate cell, other than individually cutting and pasting each of 313 entries? […]

I love the redesign of my Terry’s Computer Tips web site — it makes article posting and maintenance much easier than before. I’m glad I switched to WordPress and the Genesis Framework.
