The Internet Movie Database (the IMDB) is a good source of information on the moview of the past. It is also a good source of information on the movies that are opening soon.
The IMDB has a huge amount of data about movies — and television shows, too, as I just found out! I had previously looked up the Gene Wilder / Richard Pryor comedy “See No Evil, Hear No Evil,” which has a hilarious car chase.
This time, I just typed in “See No Evil.” The IMDB search engine pulled up all the shows which included “See No Evil” in any of their entries — which included my favorite British comedy series ‘Allo ‘Allo (which reran a few years ago on Louisiana Public Broadcasting).
Wow! This is a way to get a quick answer to a questions, to review plots, to review actors filmographies, reading trivia, and to read comments on the shows and movies.
Budget your time, though — there are so many links that you can keep busy for hours, jumping within a show or following actors through different movies.
