Google has another useful function tucked up its sleeve.
You have seen it sometimes when you typed a search term, whether it was a product name or a company name. You might even see it if you type a word correctly, but Google doesn’t know the word (does this really happen?).
Google is a handy, dandy spell checker! There are a few words with which I always have spelling problems — “awkward” is one of those words. I want to start it “a u k” or “a c q” (as in acquire). ”A w k” just doesn’t feel right.
Google comes to the rescue. Just search for a word — if you have misspelled it, Google will respond with a “Do you mean ….” suggestion.
